Stieg Larsson has an undeniable voice when it comes to crime fiction. “The Girl who kicked the Hornet’s nest is the final story to his powerful Millenium trilogy. There is no doubt that he has set the standard quite high for mystery thriller writers. This book is a worthy final successor in the trilogy. In order to understand this book you need to read the first two for sure. I read the earlier two books.

All the characters are very complex. All of them wonderfully sketched. Understanding their background is a must. After the first part which is briefly about what happened earlier, we get to read the current chain of events. Everything is timed perfectly and the ending is just perfect.

I have difficulty imagining about any other alternate ending to the story. It’s just perfect.

The story opens in a hospital. Lisabeth is just recuperating. We get to view things from her side as we start reading. The journalist, Blomkvist, secretly continues to investigate about all those people who try to frame her. The Girl who kicked the Hornet’s nest begins with a narration and is a saga of Swedish conspiracy. The book is written in such a way that we can read it from each of the characters perspective.

All the puzzles fall into place. The writer has tied up all the loose ends in this book. The reason why this book is such a phenomenal one is because it is about a woman who has the will power to fight against the mighty. Her steely strength gives us hope for a better world where good fights evil.

What is unfortunate for readers like us is the fact that Stieg Larsson is no more alive. This final book by the author is something to cherish for all his fans.

I share my room with my sister and I love reading my kindle 3 at night which she really gets annoyed sometimes. I could believe my eyes when I saw the price of Coby CVE92 Isolation stereo earphones on amazon.com. An earphone for a measly sum of just 5.75 dollars was just too good to be true for me. This was just what I was looking for. For someone like me who is always tight on budget but can not do without listening to my IPod, this product was just the answer for me.

The cords are very thin and they get twisted and intertwined very easily which irritates me a lot. I thought if I am not too careful I might just break the cord while trying to unwind it.

But surprisingly it has been three months since I got the earphones and till now it is in good working condition.

I am so habituated to listening to my MP3 player all the time so I am complied to replace my ear buds when ever it get spoilt and this happens quite frequently.
